INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE

  GIVE KIDS A SMILE DAY 2007

THE DATE: Friday, February 2, 2007

OUR GOAL: To provide treatment to uninsured/HUSKY insured children throughout the   State of Connecticut

OUR NEED: The support of Connecticut dentists to participate and treat children in their offices.  You could donate as much as a whole day and as little as a half day.  If you feel you don’t have the ability to treat in your office, some clinic options may be available.  Lastly, if you cannot donate treatment time, a financial donation will help us with the transportation of patients to treatment sites and other coordination needed.

Tax deductible donations may be made to your local Oral Health Collaborative or the Connecticut State Dental Foundation and mailed to:
